Customers may choose which type of shipping method to use. We recommend that all shipments be sent UPS. Customers requesting Post Office service are responsible for the product cost if the product is lost. We have a special contract with UPS to offer 2nd Day Air AM service to all U.S. customers for only a fraction more than UPS Ground. We do recommend that all California, Nevada, Arizona customers ship via UPS Ground (which should take 2 days). All shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. NOTE: We do not ship to the following countries: Indonesia, Belarus, Ukraine, Pakistan, Yugoslavia, and Romania. This is not a complete list and is subject to change.
